How to edit MOGRT files in Adobe After Effects and import to Premiere Pro?

Motion Graphics Templates (.MOGRT) are designed to be installed and modified in Adobe Premiere Pro Essential Graphics Panel. But sometimes there are situation when we need more important settings to change them in Adobe After Effects.

Basically, to work with MOGRT files we have enough settings in Adobe Premiere Pro. But there are situations when we need more settings that are important as well. 

We will consider the example of such a situation.In this MOGRT file there is a large selection of social network icons from our Youtube Essential Library for Premiere Pro

But if we need to insert an icon which is not here what is impossible due to the Premiere Pro settings.

To do this, we open Abobe After Effects and open the MOGRT file we need.

Here are all the elements that make up a MOGRT file. Choose this one what you need to change it.

And add the image for which you want to change one of the social media icons.

And add file to the project panel area in After Effects.

By pressing a button S you can change the scale. Press button P to change the position. And here you can turn on the transparent background.

Now click on the right button and open the essential graphics window. Give a name to your changed element. Choose the moment of the element demonstration. And click this button to save.

Check what settings of others available you need and select the path to save. Click OK.

After thatgo to your project in Adobe Premiere Pro and open the MOGRT we have modified.
